We understand the chance we have in front of us.

We want to take advantage of it and create as many branding opportunities for Comedy Central as possible.

We see the direct line between the mediums: the web, an app and television.

Today’s totally mobile audience uses any and all of these types and sizes of screens to get their entertainment - at any time.

To reach Comedy Central’s core audience, we plan on employing a mixture of

contemporary presidential and local political commercials

together with comments from hip and talented young comics in short digital bursts of video.

We also understand the fact that promotions will drive people to the web.

Once there, we will oversee the building of a site that will house fun, bizarre and outrageously entertaining shows,

as well as drive viewers to an equally useful, fun and interactive app.

Inside both the app and on the website, we will constantly drive them to any political show Comedy Central so desires:

be it “Indecision 2012”, “The Daily Show”, “The Colbert Report” or “:30overDC”.

The political season is already underway.

What follows are views of what to expect throughout 2012,

followed by how we envision both the website and an app,

as well as a few videos to show various types of political commercials.
